Assistant Director of Nursing

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the DON in managing daily clinical operations
• Leading staff education, development, and mentorship

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (ADON, Unit Manager, or RN Supervisor preferred)
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, state and federal regulations
• A team-first mindset and a passion for resident-centered care
