Family Practice - OB Physician

• Full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role

• OB optional choose your ideal scope of practice

• Outpatient only, Monday Friday schedule (no inpatient duties)

• Serve a diverse pediatric through geriatric patient population

• Work alongside 2 physicians and 1 NP in a supportive, off-site practice

• EPIC EMR system used for seamless charting

• Opportunities for clinical teaching of Family Medicine residents

• Participate in a community-centered, safety-net clinic

• Base salary: $240,000 $ 260,000 + production incentives

• Student loan repayment assistance available

• Relocation assistance included

• Malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage

• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement

• CME: 5 days + $3,000 annually

• Paid Time Off: 27 days + 7 holidays

• Additional $3,000/year for dues, journals, and memberships

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)

• Active IN license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS & ACLS certified (or willing to obtain)

• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience treating all ages from peds to geriatrics

• Fully COVID-vaccinated (per policy)

• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
