365 Healthcare is seeking a LOCUM Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide full-time outpatient coverage for a new oncology service line starting March 2026, with the option to transition to permanent employment.
CompensationHourly Rate: $280/hour
Overtime: $419/hour
Lodging provided
Travel reimbursement (flight or mileage)
Rental car reimbursed
Mileage reimbursed per federal guidelines

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Dates: March 2026 March 2027
Setting: New service line
Daily clinic volume: 30 patients per day
Patient population: Adult & geriatric
Hospital rounding: None
Weekend: None
On call: None
EMR: Epic
VAD/CV catheter management
Bone marrow biopsy
Tumor board participation
Bone marrow transplant management
Ordering labs, imaging, and blood bank services
Prescribing and treatment planning
Chemotherapy administered by physician & oncology nurses
Board Certified Required
(ABMS/AOA board certification in one specialty & competency in the other)Active Indiana medical license Required
BLS Required
