Family Practice - OB Physician

Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday Outpatient Only
OB: Optional
Base Salary: $240,000 $ 260,000 + Production Incentives

• 100% outpatient care no hospital duties

• OB optional based on physician preference

• Join a team of 2 physicians and 1 NP

• Full patient age spectrum: pediatrics to geriatrics

• On-site basic lab and minor procedures

• EPIC EMR (preferred)

• Teaching opportunities with medical residents

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency) Required

• Indiana medical license or willing to obtain Required

• BLS, ACLS, DEA certification or willing to obtain Required

• Experience treating all age groups Required

• COVID-19 vaccination Required

• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

• Base Salary: $240K $260K (based on experience)
