Primary Responsibilities

Lead Engineeringteammembersintechnicalexcellenceandproductionbestpractices.
Promoteacultureofinnovation,safety,continuous improvement.

Project Management

Lead Engineeringprojectsfromconcepttoimplementation.
Ensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,andwithinbudget.
Establishprojectprioritiesandallocateresourcestosupportbusinessobjectives.
Coordinatewithcross-functionalteamsin

Production,Quality,Maintenance,andITaswellaswiththe Central Engineeringteamheadquarteredin Germany .

Engineering Process Improvement

Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementsthatenhancesafety,productivity,quality,andoperationalefficiency.
Buildandstrengthenengineeringprocesses,standards,andbestpracticesacrossthesite.
Drivecontinuousimprovementeffortsthroughdataanalysis,rootcauseproblemsolving,andimplementationofsustainablesolutions.

Production Support&Optimization

Supportequipmentupgrades,expansions,facility improvements,andnewtechnologyimplementation.
Collaborate with Central Engineeringandglobalstakeholdersonstrategicinitiativesandequipmentinstallations .
Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandindustrystandards.

Formal Education Required :

Bachelor'sdegreein

Mechanical

Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,orarelatedengineeringdiscipline.

Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements :

5+yearsofengineeringexperiencewithinamanufacturing,industrial,food production,consumer products,pharmaceutical,orsimilarenvironment.
Priorexperienceleading,mentoring,ormanagingengineersandtechnicalteams.
Provensuccessmanagingcapitalprojectsandcross-functional initiatives.
Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytobalancemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
Excellent communication,leadership,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
Experiencedrivingoperationalimprovementsandsolvingcomplextechnicalchallenges
