• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Mechanical
  
  Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,orarelatedengineeringdiscipline.

• 5+yearsofengineeringexperiencewithinamanufacturing,industrial,food production,consumer products,pharmaceutical,orsimilarenvironment.
• Priorexperienceleading,mentoring,ormanagingengineersandtechnicalteams.
• Provensuccessmanagingcapitalprojectsandcross-functional initiatives.
• Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytobalancemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication,leadership,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Experiencedrivingoperationalimprovementsandsolvingcomplextechnicalchallenges
