Position SummaryThe Therapist plays an integral role in our comprehensive patient‑centered care model. Typical responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify issues for the patient and their family members.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group and family therapy.
- Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner.
- Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide a social work perspective.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field.
- A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
- LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
- May be required to work flexible hours.
