We are looking for an experienced RBT to join our team of clinicians and contribute to the lives of children with autism through evidence‑based ABA therapy. The position offers a structured career path, professional development, and a supportive team environment.

$18–21 per hour.

Full‑time

• Paid training and additional career‑level training.

• Full‑time center‑based therapy, Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends and no contractual obligations.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Apply advanced techniques in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children’s progress in educational and social settings to prepare them for successful transitions.
• Document and track each child’s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, run, crouch, squat, kneel, and bend; sustain impact and move quickly without support.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to sit on the floor or chair for long periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
