We’re looking for a friendly, passionate, and dedicated Qualified Medication Aide to join our team. As a QMA, you provide basic care to patients and assist them in their daily activities, administer medications, document care, monitor patient changes, and report promptly to the nursing staff.

• Provide basic care to patients and assist them with daily activities.
• Administer medications and record related documentation.
• Monitor patients for changes and report promptly to the nursing team.
• Collect and record information vital to patients’ conditions and treatments.

• Certified in the State of Indiana.
• Completed Resident Care Assistant and Medication Assistant Training courses.
• Completed the 60-hour Qualified Medication Assistant course and the 40-hour practicum.
• Passed the Qualified Medication Assistant exam.
• Certified as a Qualified Medicine Assistant by the State of Indiana.
• Registered with the State Department of Public Instruction.
• Meet all qualifications for Nurse Assistant.
• Proven ability and experience as a resident care assistant.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Follows instructions and communicates verbally and in writing.
• Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Passes the physical examination required at employment.
