• Setup, organize, maintain, and troubleshoot personal computers, kiosks, and printers.
• Maintain, monitor, and coordinate software and hardware components.
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day software and hardware issues.
• Provide support for telephone system and headset issues.
• Provide support for security camera software and hardware issues.
• Act as liaison between Corporate IT/Helpdesk and the facility, ensuring security procedures are followed.

• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• One–three years of related work experience.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
