Night Shift Utility Worker

Pregis is looking for a dependable and safety‑conscious Production Utility Worker to join our Bubble Department on the night shift in Plymouth, IN. This full‑time, hourly role supports production operations, inventory, and equipment handling.

Location: Plymouth, IN –
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends –
Position Type: Full‑Time | Hourly | Non‑Exempt

• Support machine operators to ensure smooth, high‑quality production
• Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts and restocking supplies
• Load and operate roll stands, and log materials per standard procedures
• Handle cores and core shafts (manually and with forklift assistance)
• Grind scrap material and manage solvents, glue, and oil safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace
• Operate forklifts, golf carts with trailers, and other powered equipment
• Rotate between production lines and assist other departments as needed

• Ability to read a tape measure and complete quality documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift experience
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, physically active environment

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Stable work history

• Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and repetitive motion
• Work in warm, humid, and noisy conditions
• Exposure to moving equipment and industrial machinery
