You’ll perform skilled maintenance work on converting, printing, and extruding equipment, as well as general building and grounds repairs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Performing preventive and reactionary maintenance
• Installing new equipment and managing special projects
• Reading and interpreting schematics, manuals, and safety procedures
• Collaborating across departments to solve problems and improve operations
• Maintaining inventory and sourcing parts and materials
• Using CMMS software to log work orders and maintenance activities

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with PLCs, DCS, welding, machining, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and machine control systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work in warm, humid environments
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in machine repair or technical maintenance roles
• Fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Exposure to heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
• Hands‑on, physically active role
