Location: Plymouth, IN
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends
Position Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment? Pregis is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Production Utility Worker to join our Bubble Department on the night shift!

• Support machine operators to ensure smooth, high-quality production
• Assist with inventory tasks like cycle counts and restocking supplies
• Load and operate roll stands, and log materials per standard procedures
• Handle cores and core shafts (manually and with forklift assistance)
• Grind scrap material and manage solvents, glue, and oil safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Operate forklifts, golf carts with trailers, and other powered equipment
• Rotate between production lines and assist other departments as needed

• Ability to read a tape measure and complete quality documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift experience
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Stable work history

• Frequent standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and repetitive motion
• Work in warm, humid, and noisy conditions
• Exposure to moving equipment and industrial machinery
