The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Accurately complete planograms, resets, store measurements, cycle counts, and signage installation.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Provide coverage for special events or peak times as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required, sometimes for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead; stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; read, write, and count accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry; complete training.
• Operate equipment like forklifts (if age-appropriate), move merchandise up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
