• Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.
• Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
• Must have an LLC/EIN and carry full insurance – liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• Must have EPA/Lead Certification.
• Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.
• Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
