We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant for a full‑time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Accounting team, responsible for managing a wide range of day‑to‑day accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our operations. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and conformity with professional and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and manage all general ledger activities.
• Review and analyze revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and balance sheets.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to accelerate close and reporting timelines, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy.
• Work closely with other team members to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. An advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), healthcare accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using advanced features of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
