Eliot is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our program operations. The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the program and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in administrative support. They are proactive, dependable, and capable of independently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, payroll, billing, and program documentation.
- Manage communications including phone calls, appointments, emails, mail, and visitor schedules.
- Oversee supply inventory, purchasing, vehicle maintenance records, and program credit card and receipts.
- Attend staff meetings, take minutes, and assist in program reporting for funding, licensing, and regulatory agencies.
- Support data entry, incident reporting, outcome tracking, and satisfaction surveys billing documentation.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and adherence to agency policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance.
- Serve as a positive and professional role model for staff, residents, and families.
- High school diploma and 2+ years administration experience, or business school with 1+ year administration experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, high-stress environment; meet all background and credentialing requirements.
Hourly Rate: $19.50 USD - $19.50 USD
