As a Traveling Superintendent, you will travel to various job sites across the country, living in different locations during each project. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing on-site construction and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and laborers
• Planning, overseeing, and maintaining site safety (OSHA compliant) and organization
• Implementing project documents with subcontractors
• Creating and updating the bi-weekly look-ahead schedule
• Collaborating with clients and property teams to manage the critical path schedule

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in commercial construction
• Experience estimating for retail/shopping centers
• Knowledge of trades such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to travel

The salary range is $100,000 to $130,000, based on experience and other factors.
