Synergy Solar Inc is seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Assistant Foreman to support the successful execution of solar construction projects across the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with general construction experience who is ready to step into a leadership support role and grow into a seasoned site leader. Working closely with the Foreman, you will help coordinate daily operations, ensure safety standards, and maintain the highest levels of quality and productivity on site.

Responsibilities- Communicate daily with the Foreman regarding job site safety, crew readiness, project milestones, and scheduling.
- Organize crews with clear daily task assignments and support job hazard analysis.
- Manage and inspect all incoming material deliveries immediately upon offloading.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and material supplies.
- Track fuel levels for machines and generators and communicate needs to the Foreman.
- Maintain accurate records of material stock and report any shortages promptly.
- Enforce safety compliance and proactively ensure all tasks are performed safely.
- Assist with layout accuracy and support the crew to maintain Synergy Solar’s quality standards.
- Follow and respect the chain of command, communicating effectively within the team.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- Prior general construction experience is required; experience in a leadership support role is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic construction equipment.
- Computer literacy and time management capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and worksite protocols.
