Overview
Facility Management Corporation, known as FMC Ice Sports, was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in hockey and skating. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth, municipalities and educational institutions.
Responsibilities- Facility Support Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities could include:
- Skate Monitor
- Cashier
- Timekeeper
No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.
Qualifications- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Be at least 16 years old
- Understand the importance of dependability and organization
$15 per hour, non-negotiable
