Job Description:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cape Cod Community College is seeking Inter‑Campus Transit Van Drivers to transport students between campus locations. The Drivers will transport students in a consistently safe, friendly, and professional manner, with routes between Bridgewater State University, Plymouth Aviation Maintenance Program, and the College's West Barnstable campus. In addition to safe operation of the vehicle, Drivers will be responsible for fueling the vehicle.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Massachusetts issued RMV Driver's License.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Willingness to complete Driver Training program.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

    Applicants who do not meet the qualifications as noted above are encouraged to put in writing precisely how their background and experience has prepared them with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required for the responsibilities of this position.

    Additional Information:

    COMPENSATION: $20–$23 per hour dependent upon qualifications. Hours not to exceed 18 per week, with typical shift of up to 4 hours per day. Part‑time, non‑benefited and non‑unit position.
