• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff
• Work in home, community, and clinical settings

• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Master’s Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping individuals thrive

• Small caseloads – less than 10 clients
• Weekly peer review – collaborate with other BCBAs
• Monthly interdisciplinary collaboration sessions – work closely with other professionals
• ACE provider for monthly CEUs – stay up-to-date on your certifications
