Pay Grades: LPN $32-$40/hr (plus shift differential)

Status: Part Time, 24hrs/week, Weekdays and Weekends required

About Us

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness.

High Point’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) provides methadone treatment to adults age 18 and older with opioid use disorder. The OTP is focused on individualized treatment. Treatment plans are created with the patient and primary clinician and then reviewed by the multi-disciplinary treatment team with the medical director signing off. Populations served include but are not limited to men, women, pregnant women, patients with chronic illnesses, and dually diagnosed mental health disorders.

This fast paced, early bird position that allows LPN’s to be in and out of work before many people get their day started!

Addiction Dosing Nurse Duties and Responsibilities
  • Directly supporting individuals on their journey towards recovery in an office-based setting.
  • Physically low-impact position where the patients manage all of their own ADLs and ambulation.
  • Dispense liquid methadone to patients.
  • Complete admissions, patient assessments, vitals, and COWS.
  • Participate as a leader in a multi-disciplinary, patient-centric team to provide quality care.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Addiction Dosing Nurse Qualifications
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
  • 1-5 years of experience strongly preferred
