As RN Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit(s), manage staffing and scheduling across shifts, champion patient safety and quality of care, coordinate with physicians and interprofessional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead performance improvement initiatives. You’ll design and implement staffing plans, evaluate workloads, approve budgets for clinical areas, and develop onboarding and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
Your leadership will drive the adoption of evidence‑based practices, inform policy updates, and mentor charge nurses, supervisors, and frontline nurses to reach established quality metrics.
