Shift: 07:30 AM – 04:00 PM, Mon–Fri

Assignment Overview:

Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nurse Manager in Plymouth, MA. This leadership role requires strong management skills to oversee the Endoscopy unit and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of running the unit effectively from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the Endoscopy unit

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

• Participate in staffing, scheduling, and operational decisions as needed

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN license

• BLS-AHA certification

• 2+ years of recent nursing experience

• Proven leadership and Nurse Manager experience

• Experience in Endoscopy preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Travel nursing experience preferred
