• Location: Plymouth, MA 02360 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Facility: 2 East – General Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (49 beds)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN
• Start Date: December 15, 2025 (biweekly orientation)
• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Float: No floating required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2310 - $2470

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of application)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry RN experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficient in Meditech EMR
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests (proctored via Zoom within 48 hours of offer)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute medical conditions and multiple comorbidities
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry data to ensure patient safety
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Document all patient care in Meditech EMR system
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Utilize strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
