- 4 procedure rooms
- 1 Fibro Scan room
- 4 prep bays
- 6 recovery bays
Pain Management Clinic (PMC)
- 2 exam rooms
- 1 procedure room
Patient Ratios
- Endoscopy:
- Procedures: 1:1
- Phase II Recovery: 1:2
- Pain Management Clinic:
- Procedures: 1:1
- Recovery / Follow-ups / Consults: 1:2–3
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- 3–5 years of nurse manager or leadership experience
- Epic experience required
- Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting)
- Endoscopy experience strongly preferred
- CGRN preferred
- Travel experience preferred due to high-volume environment
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to “hit the ground running.”
Key Responsibilities - Provide interim leadership and operational oversight for Endoscopy and Pain Management Clinic - Manage daily staffing, patient flow, and clinical operations - Support and lead nursing staff in a high-volume, efficient department - Utilize Epic and operational systems for scheduling, staffing, payroll, and budgeting - Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams - Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives - Step in clinically as needed to maintain department operations
