American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a Float Pool position requiring MA licensure and at least 2 years of Med Surg Tele experience.

• Float Pool position covering all Med/Surg Telemetry floors as needed
• 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Weekend and holiday shifts expected
• Required to float to similar units and overflow areas as needed

• Active MA RN license in hand required
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must pass Telemetry Competency Exam, including ECG/Tele and Medications tests during onboarding with only one attempt allowed and no opportunity for remediation
• Documented professional development activities and knowledge of critical paths preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred

• Orientation is conducted on a biweekly basis
• Hiring manager will conduct interviews and extend offers directly
• Candidates must provide interview availability and RTO requests at time of consideration
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break from any BILH facility before returning
• Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
