• Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric ICU patients, with emphasis on rapid assessment and intervention
• Manage ventilator support, including titration and weaning as clinically indicated
• Monitor hemodynamics and use vasoactive infusions and sedation appropriately, adjusting plans as needed
• Recognize and treat dysrhythmias; respond to cardiac events and post-STEMI scenarios per protocol
• Perform critical care procedures (e.g., arterial/central lines) and ensure strict infection control and equipment safety
• Collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team; document patient status, interventions, and care plans accurately

• Active Massachusetts RN license; license required at submission time
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS and BLS (certifications required)
• Experience:
  
  2+ years ICU experience; competency in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Education:
