Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospective and existing residents; provide exceptional customer service.
- Effectively "seal the deal" with an expected closing ratio of at least 20 %.
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and common areas.
- Inspect and present tour routes and models, ensuring they look their best.
- Stay aware of local market conditions and trends; contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager.
- Communicate professionally with residents in writing and verbally.
- Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of transferable customer‑service experience.
- Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun‑loving mindset.
