Job Opening:Chef / Cook
Brewster Bar is seeking a self‑motivated, reliable chef/cook to join our successful team. This position is available 5 days per week
, approximately 25 hours
, with afternoon to nighttime hours
.
Located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, MA, Brewster Bar is an intimate 50‑person capacity cocktail bar known for quality food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Inventory management
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Adhering to all health code requirements, including proper food dating and sanitation
- Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen during shifts
- Serv Safe Food Manager Certification required (Brewster Bar will cover the cost if not already obtained)
- On‑the‑job training provided
