• Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling to positively impact the achievement of store sales volume and metric goals
• Assist with visual merchandising, set‑up, and other store‑related projects, including merchandise stock counts
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lb., climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $15.00–$18.75 per hour (determined by market location; may be subject to prevailing wage laws)
