Job Summary- Handle home repair, maintenance, remodeling in these areas:
- General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
- Exterior trim replacement
- Window and door installation
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
- All candidates should be confident in the following areas:
- Great customer service and client relations
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Material management
- Deliver quotes to customers in a timely fashion.
- Perform all work to the highest of quality.
- Excellent experience in a variety of home trades
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass screening process which includes a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
