• The Marine Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the lift equipment used to move boats and other marine vehicles within the dealership. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with team members.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Professional appearance
• Have a valid state driver’s license with clean RMV report for the past 24 months
• Have (or ability to obtain within six months of hire) a valid Hoisting License equal to or exceeding a 1A/2C
• Currently maintains, or is able to secure a Department of Transportation Commercial Driver Medical Certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to ascend and descend a ladder, lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
