** What You’ll Be Doing:*
* • Serve as the initial point of contact between customers and Johnson Electric for quality issues.  
• Manage non-conformance issues, warranty claims, and QPR logs.  
• Lead root cause analysis and containment activities for quality issues.  
• Control sorting costs and ensure timely 8D responsiveness.  
• Analyze customer returns for 0KM and warranty trends.  
• Prepare customer situation reports, 8

Ds, and containment plans for review.  
• Conduct customer visits and assess risk during quality/warranty situations.  
• Coordinate quality meetings with JE manufacturing sites.###

* What We’re Looking For:

*
* • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.  
• Knowledge and experience in 8D reporting and quality tools.  
• Experience working in a manufacturing facility and with external customers.  
• Strong understanding of motors, actuators, and pumps.  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.###
** Bonus Points If You Have:*
* • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.  
• Experience with PPAP management and automotive quality standards.###
