Adient is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer specializing in material flow automation to drive Lean and standard labor analyses. You will mentor plant and COE IEs, support automated and manual material replenishment design, and lead the rollout of best practices across the organization.
You will evaluate future material flow from dock to use, provide training, and maintain critical documentation. Travel to plant sites will be required as part of ongoing improvement initiatives.
