• Deliver exceptional client service, operational support, and administrative assistance to Private Client Advisors.
• Efficiently manage operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades with precision and promptness.
• Aid Advisors in fostering and preserving client relationships, conducting account reviews, and communicating firm services to enhance client relationships.
• Participate in Risk Management procedures and support the operational processes of the business unit while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines; contribute to a positive team environment.

• Valid and active Series 7 license required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• If registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam is required.
• Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance licenses must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.
