We are currently hiring Home Care Aides in Metro Detroit and Downriver areas. If you have experience as a homecare aide, whether it’s working in a nursing home or caring for a family member, Addus is the company for you! Open and virtual interviews are available at our Detroit Office located in the Fisher Building.

We offer daily pay for select positions at $14 per hour. No certification or driver’s license required. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive bi‑weekly pay, travel pay, mileage or bus fare reimbursement, health care benefits, paid professional training, advanced technology, and optional union membership.

• Personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming.
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, meal preparation, vacuuming, bed making).
• Companionship.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a clean criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation by car or public transportation.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Three references (two professional, one personal) are required at the time of application.
• Must successfully complete pre‑service Home Care Aide training.
• Must be reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring.
