Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Plymouth for a Salesforce Application Administrator. The Salesforce Application Administrator will manage and support the organization’s Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Responsibilities include overseeing system administration tasks, troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing technical and application support, and working collaboratively to analyze and optimize processes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Application Support and providing end-user assistance for Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong skills in System Administration and managing Salesforce configurations
- Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues
- Capability to provide Technical Support and guidance to users
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator Certification) are highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the telecommunications industry is a plus
