We are seeking a Security Project Manager who will lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors installing ACS, IDS, CCTV, intercom, and other low‑voltage systems for our clients in Northern Virginia. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with the support of local engineering, sales, and technical staff. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects, ensure robust communication with our customers and team, and meet all stakeholder expectations.

The Project Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple projects, reporting job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project lifecycle. The PM will lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors.

• Project Management experience in an electronic security system environment
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is done as expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both within the i2G team and with customers and subcontractors
• Ability to read and understand security system drawings and familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages
• Experience managing integration engineers that program electronic security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems
• Maintain project equipment inventory, red‑line drawings, and quality assurance
• Assist with creating proposals as needed

• Previous project management experience in electronic security systems field
• Working knowledge of Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, Fire systems, and/or DMP is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, Sim Pro, or Smartsheets
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• 5+ years of previous experience with electronic security systems required
• Prefer direct experience with Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint training certifications highly desired but not required
• Training and certifications in the above product lines and PMP certification preferred
