We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
- Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
Master's degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
