At AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc., you will learn time-tested methods for manufacturing excellence, including principles of Lean Manufacturing and the Toyota Production System. You will gain valuable skills and understanding of the most technologically advanced part of an automobile – the automatic transmission.
- You will learn how to disassemble, inspect component parts, and assemble transmissions.
- You will be trained in the use of specialty tools and gauges.
- You will learn how to use our state-of-the-art computer system for work instructions to ensure high quality.
