If you’re passionate about complex multi‑axis machining, enjoy being hands‑on with prove‑outs, and thrive in a collaborative, precision‑driven environment—this is the opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For

Master-level CNC programmers with strong Mastercam experience

Deep experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5‑axis toolpaths

Comfortable splitting time between CAM programming and machine‑side prove‑outs

Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Clear communication skills and a team‑first mindset

Experience in high‑mix/low‑volume, or tight‑tolerance machining environments preferred
