Senior CNC Programmer Mastercam; 5-Axis

Global CNC is continuing its strong growth into 2026, and were looking to add an elite CNC Programmer to our high-performance team. If youre passionate about complex multi-axis machining, enjoy being hands-on with prove-outs, and thrive in a collaborative, precision-driven environment this is the opportunity for you.

• Master-level CNC programmers with strong Mastercam experience
• Deep experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis toolpaths
• Comfortable splitting time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume, or tight-tolerance machining environments preferred

• Top pay for top talent: $30 $ 40/hour, based on experience and skill level
