Precision CNC Production Specialist

If you excel at dialing in offsets, reading complex prints, and keeping production on beat without sacrificing safety or quality, this role is for you.

Role Impact Operate and optimize CNC machinery to meet schedule, precision, and safety targets

Own quality at the spindle with thorough inspections and immediate containment when issues arise

Apply intermediate troubleshooting to reduce unplanned downtime

Translate detailed blueprints and technical drawings into accurate setups and machining paths

Verify critical dimensions using digital micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

Assist with setups, simple program edits, tool offsets, and calibration

Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs to sustain performance

Document production output, inspections, maintenance, and quality metrics

Work Location:

Onsite – Plymouth, Michigan 48170

Shift: 2 (1:45pm - 10:00pm), 3 (9:45 pm – 6:00 am)
Pay Range: $18.50 - $21 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

Minimum Qualifications High School education

At least 2 years of CNC operating experience

Beginning to working knowledge of CNC subject matter

Preferred Qualifications Basic written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to follow and interpret written and spoken directions

Competent basic math skills

Physical Requirements Push/pull up to 30 pounds

Dexterity to manipulate small parts

Ability to work in noisy conditions
