Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious meals for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Create menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare and present food appealingly
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sushi chef or cook
• Culinary school certification preferred
• Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong leadership abilities
