Responsibilities
  • Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
  • Producing high‑quality food and maintaining the Jersey Mike's experience
  • Handling cash and following the Learning Management System Training Program
  • Enforcing policies and procedures and participating in local and national marketing initiatives
  • Building sales and maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
  • Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant and proving effective communication
  • Having a sense of urgency and moving or transporting up to 50 lbs without assistance (medical notation covered by ADA or a temporary doctor’s note)
  • Working 38–40 hours per week and having reliable transportation to and from work
  • Communicating with the GM/AGM/DM about any issues and leading by example in food quality, customer interaction, and daily appearance of a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform
  • Managing and leading a crew of 2–5 people, performing all tasks related to opening and closing the store, baking bread, and slicing appropriately
  • Acting as Key Holder and demonstrating full understanding of accountability and integrity
Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 year QSR experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
  • Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler required
  • Must have reliable transportation
