Senior Clinical Sales Specialist

Overview

Senior Clinical Sales Specialist mary focus: boost sales of FEops HEARTguide in US hospitals through direct and indirect channels, engaging physicians, administration, IT, reimbursement staff, and resellers.

• Own the hospital account: manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales to customer success, supported by technical team members.
• Synthesize and document interactions in CRM; monitor FEops HEARTguide usage to define actionable insights.
• Provide detailed information on FEops HEARTguide (current and future releases).
• Demonstrate value and follow up with stakeholders within accounts during complex sales cycles.
• Gather feedback from the market and support marketing with relevant input/content.
• Be present in the field (minimum 50% travel).

• Educational background: bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional experience: consultative sales in cardiovascular imaging/planning/devices; experience with cardiovascular or structural heart products preferred (e.g., TAVR/LAAO); clinical environment experience; knowledge of structural heart market including preoperative planning and reimbursement preferred.
• Skills: proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, lead discussions to understand customer needs, manage multiple stakeholders within the hospital, and develop networks with key opinion-leading physicians; ability to communicate technical information clearly.
