FEops, a Materialise company and leader in predictive planning of structural heart interventions, is looking to hire an experienced, motivated clinical sales professional to drive the commercialization of the FEops HEART guide in the US market. - Your primary focus is to boost sales of FEops HEART guide in US hospitals through direct and indirect channels, involving and interacting with all stakeholders (physicians, administration, IT, reimbursement, resellers)
- Support and follow up with reseller field teams and medical device company field teams
- Be the hospital account owner responsible for the entire sales cycle, from pre‑sales (convincing new hospitals) to customer success (growing business in existing hospitals) — supported by technical team members
- Synthesize and document all relevant interactions in CRM and monitor this together with FEops HEART guide usage to define actionable insights
- Provide detailed information on FEops HEART guide (current and future releases)
- Demonstrate value and follow up with all stakeholders within accounts during complex sales cycles
- Gather feedback from the market
- Understand case reports and support marketing by providing relevant input/content
- Be present in the field (min. 50% travel)
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, business, engineering, or a related discipline
- Consultative sales experience: several years of experience in cardiovascular imaging/planning/devices sales or related healthcare sales roles; experience with cardiovascular or structural heart products is highly preferred (i.e. TAVR/LAAO)
- Experience working in a clinical environment, such as interacting with healthcare professionals or understanding cardiovascular imaging and clinical procedures
- Knowledge of the structural heart market, including preoperative planning and reimbursement is highly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, lead discussions to understand customer needs and link to our solutions, manage multiple stakeholders within the hospital, and develop your network of key opinion‑leading physicians
- Good understanding of structural heart procedures and preoperative planning; ability to effectively communicate technical information to healthcare professionals; hands‑on experience in sales of digital cardiovascular solutions to hospitals is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers; active network with US interventional cardiologists and/or electrophysiologists is a plus
- Ability to identify and address customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
- Proactive and persistent attitude, not afraid to pick up the phone
- Eager to learn quickly and able to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Committed to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
