Rivian is seeking a Field Service Technician II, Charging to support commissioning, operation, and maintenance across our Energy & Charging portfolio. This role delivers on-site service for hardware including EVSE, energy storage, PV, and other distributed energy systems.
You will travel as needed and work across internal and external stakeholders to meet SLAs, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while documenting activities in Rivian systems.
